He has been meeting all the artisans frequently and ensuring motivation of all artisans & getting ideas from the workforce engaged in making of 100% pure Pashmina/Cashmere products available for valuable customers in the overseas markets.
He has traveled across North Major Cities in America, Europe & Australia frequently during 12 years of his previous assignment with one of the Fortune 500 Company. In addition, traveled to Singapore, Kuala Lumper, Jakarta, Middle East & African Countries also. The international travel has exposed him to the various international consumer tastes. He has extensively traveled Kashmir Valley and very well connected with Artisans and other stakeholders.
